"This is the worst place you will ever work. Management treats employees like garbage. I can’t believe the Pittsburgh branch has yet to be tied up in a lawsuit; the way the branch manager opens this branch up to liability is beyond me. I tried to go to HR several times, they always said they “heard me” and were going to loop in someone who could help. They would loop me right back to the problem/the person I was filing complaints against. If you’re not making them money they simply don’t care. Management is rude, comes across as uneducated, and unprofessional. I spent a miserable year here and eventually had to resign for my own mental health. For anyone considering the role of case supervisor here, don’t do it. It’s not worth your sanity. You’ll be underpaid, under appreciated, and overworked (to say the least)."

"They lie and say your have not been on your job at the times your schedule says. Well it's hard when you live with your parents whom you care for and you have no schedule. I've never had a schedule because I lived there. They act like they are caring at first but be careful they will threatened to lower your hours until you have no money that you would need to quit. Not honest and dependable. Please be advised their commercials are nothing but lie. So, Like apparently this company have nothing better to do but to stake out your home to see if your there or not. Crazy office people, stay away from this company. My poor father had to go without services for months and eventually had to pull out and shortly after he got cancer. This company has no empathy and they lie. I ask please stay away . That Jessica girl above said I wasn't there. She destroyed a family and has no care. I hope one day she will never experience this in her life. so sad. I have been in healthcare for 25 years and never in my career have I ever have a company treat me in this manner. She was a newbie making a name for herself with zero home care experience. Again, How can you say someone never showed up to they scheduled time when there was never a schedule made for me and I lived there. Shame."

"I am a client whose daughter is my Health at Home care taker. Their Pittsburgh corporate office NEVER answers the phone. They make rules then threaten employees with holding their pay if they don't follow rules. The clock in clocked out system is ludicrous and glitchy. But you can never find anyone at the office to help. They are very disorganized."

"It’s obvious that no one at this company has higher than a 12th grade education, if that even! Anyone can just call up and say they were taking care of the client and get paid, and the employees will lie to back them up. The company will just not pay you with no warning nor an explanation. They don’t follow policy and procedures! They don’t even give you anything in writing. Just don’t pay you! It’s ridiculous."
