"I found out today that the office is closing and I will have to pay to get my own personal medical records while I search for a new provider. Very displeased that you are charging your patients to access their own medical records. Your office is closing, we have no choice but to get our medical records and you are charging for this. Glad you are closing, I'd be leaving anyways."

"This practice has always been disappointing, but is now impossible to reach as well. I'm not sure how to even make an appointment as the main appointment phone line rings and rings and sends to an unknown inbox. I don't feel like I've ever gotten more than "your bloodwork looks fine" at every appointment, even with asking more in depth questions. I wish I had better experiences, but this seems to be the case after years of the same issues!"

"Unfortunately, this clinic has had high turnover and the service has declined. I had been going to this clinic for 8+ years at least and the initial staff/physicians were wonderful. Over the last few years the service has declined. I have to contact them to get my bloodwork results, the staff is not as attentive as they used to be. The PA I used to see was amazing, but he left as well to go to a different clinic. I have decided to leave this clinic, and no longer recommend."

"Went here due to the recommendations of my primary care. The doctor came in and introduced herself , didn't shake my hand, no fist bump, nothing. I didn't feel like I was welcomed. The intake ladies and nurses were very nice but the doctor I saw told me to tell my primary care to prescribe medication she knew I needed. She didn't care I was in need of help. People that look like me, go somewhere else because OUR health is not a priority here. Read some of the reviews too."

"Over the past several months the customer care has been unprofessional and unsafe. They did not return calls or messages in the portal in any reliable or consistent way for over 2 months. They haven't scheduled appts based on their own medical plan and when someone finally called back the new practice manager was dismissive and disrespectful. They claimed they lost power for several weeks and had no access to patient records but sent me a letter saying I needed to update my contact info (my contact info hadn't changed). I would not recommend getting care here until they are able to provide professional consistent care."
