"My family and i had a great experience going to this store. We were quickly greeted by Kenzi and she took the time to do the machine thing for your feet. We ended up buying insoles for my son since he has flat feet and arches. Not only did she take her time with us and help with every question we had, we ended going back to purchase my daughter some amazing Hoka's! Kenzi was helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, easy to talk to. Kenzi made our trip to the mall memorable! Kenzi is an asset to the Tradehome team and she be awarded for her great customer service!"

"What a gem!!! They have a variety of high-quality brands that are hard to find around here and AMAZING customer service. AJ was so patient through 2 hours of shoe selection with my family. He was very knowledgeable and super kind. My mom has difficulty finding shoes that account for all of her feet issues and she walked out of the store with new shoes and orthodics, feeling great. We will definitely be back!"

"Walked in and was instantly greeted by a man named AJ. He was super helpful even after we had him check sizes and get other styles of the shoe brand we were after. He was eager to have us walk out happy regardless of our choice. He was very knowledgeable and educated us on different ways to care and increase the longevity of our purchase. Not pushy.
