"The main problems I have with his facility are that they are highly understaffed. I never once saw the doctor in the 2 days I was there. I only received my vitals 3 times in the 2 days I was there. The same staff were there every day and the one member had such a horrible attitude like everything we asked for was a burden. He told me "I didn't really feel like going through all your things" which was the excuse for not having my shampoo and lotions. All of this was eventually sorted but the MAIN issue and the reason I think this place is horrible is that a staff member stole my weed pen. I had my belongings in the main room all day, until the same guy that said he couldn't be bothered giving me my shampoo, searched my bags and said my weed pen was not there. I am prescribed this medication, and the fact that a staff member would steal it and then gaslight me saying "oh you must not have brought it, is ridiculous. I fully understand I can't have it there, but it wasn't confiscated, it was stolen. The whole place is filthy, they ran out of bottled water, I had no pillowcases, or towels or washcloths. It's just a joke. If you are thinking about going here to get clean and sober and improve the quality of your life, I would go anywhere but there!"

"A absolute mess! As a nurse you should run from this facility. Very uneducated nursing management, nobody has any accountability at all. It is also extremely dirty, black mold on inside of the front doors, bathrooms are filthy and showers are worse. They put your license as a professional at risk daily. Even the medical director quit if that says anything. I saw the same clients 4 to 5 times back in a 3 mth period. There is no real recovery time because there is no real help here at all. Go anywhere but here. Gateway, Greenbriar.... anywhere!"

"I agree with The Josh review wholeheartedly although my complaint with the food is it is catered in from down the road, ( not prepared hot on campus ) . Snacks are an added privilege that you get at the end of the night that you may end up only eating all day. Showers are mold infested."

"Absolutely awful. The food is from jail, or maybe a step up. 2 counselors are great. (Linda and miss D) And Greg is great. A tech got fired for pissing hot for dope. Another was sleeping with a few guys. If you need help, don't go there....EVER. Brandon is the worst counselor ever....all he says is "pause, rewind" after playing a movie. Lol, place sucks, and jail would be about the same honestly."

"I have been to a handful of rehabs and out of all of them, I had the best experience at Clear Day. The majority of staff are in recovery themselves which makes the experience better because at other rehabs staff members who have no experience with addiction tend to not be as helpful. Unlike a lot of facilities, they offer maintenance which is the best route for some people in staying clean. I think it says a lot that Clear Day is the only rehab that I haven’t relapsed right after getting out. I now have 7 months clean and recommend Clear Day to everybody."
