"Ever wonder what it’s like to go back in time and live off the grid? Let’s take a trip to Lancaster and disconnect from the outside world for a few hours. We opted for the $36 Premium Amish Country Tour for a full experience of three different tours. First, hop on a comfortable air conditioned bus for a fully guided tour of the Amish country. Tim, our driver and guide, is super knowledgeable and friendlyjust like the Amish. You can taste allsorts of delicious homemade food and drinks while enjoying checking out handmade items and animals that is also available for you to bringhome. After your 90-minute bus tour is a replica of an Amish house which you can experience. Finally you can have some fun in their Amish farm with their animals, hop on a buggy, ride Amish scooters, and even goat yoga! Yes. Yoga with goats. Unfortunately we did not have the time to do goat yoga so feel free to leave a comment when you try."
"We went here for GOAT YOGA and had a great experience! It was affordable and adorable - we got to hold and play with the goats on the farm. It was fun and a great yoga experience. It was a relaxed environment, the staff were friendly and engaging, and the yoga was good for all ages and all types of experience, from beginner to expert. I highly recommend this experience for anyone and it's such a fun experience and great bonding activity!"
"I enjoyed the guided farm house tour and the self-guided farm tour. The tour guide provided very interesting information about the Amish and their way of life. There were a lot of surprises for me. There were also a lot of interesting artifacts in the house, as well."
"Our bus tour, led by the extremely personable and knowledgeable "Tim the talker from North Carolina," was off the charts OUTSTANDING! We left it with a warm & eye-opening knowledge of the Amish and their way of life. Unfortunately, our guide on the house tour was less than stellar. He spent the entire tour worried more about how his presentation compared to the bus tour than educating us. In fact, what he did share about the Amish came off as rather patronizing and even a bit negative. I couldn't wait for the house portion to end -- I would have rather done a self-guided explore of the space and left the day with Tim's amazing job as my last impression of the experience."
"We had fun here! We only paid for a tour, the first part was someone will tour you inside the home (no video taking, only pictures), then a self tour around the farm. It was nice to learn about the Amish ways of living."
