"I was referred to this office by their East Liverpool office regarding a small lesion that I had on my breast. I just wanted to make sure that I didn't have skin cancer. I went there for a simple excision of the site, she was supposed to send it off for testing. When I arrived, I was told that she would draw a small circle around the site excise it, and send it off for testing as I went there expecting. While I was numbed up and unable to really see what she was doing, their physician assistant, Lindy Knight took it upon herself to do a completely different procedure than I agreed to. She decided to practice her surgical skills on me by slicing me open, performing an exploratory surgery, and removing a dermatofibroma down to the fat tissue. That is absolutely NOT what I agreed to. There was nothing sterile about the procedure, which resulted in me acquiring a deep tissue infection (cellulitis). The scar that I now have to live with is far more unsightly than the small, harmless bump that she surgically removed without consent. Not only is that medical malpractice, that is medical battery! I was referred there by their other office because the PA in the east liverpool office stated that the lesion was just a tad bit larger than what she could remove in the office, so I was supposed to go to this location to be treated by a doctor. I never saw a doctor, I was treated by his physician's assistant, Lindy Knight. When I called to speak with the manager of the office, she was very uncaring, as if she saw absolutely nothing wrong with the malpractice going on in that office. Please stay away from these people!!!"

"I've been going here for almost 2 years and hayet to see a doctor. The PA comes into the room armed with freeze spray. I've yet to get a real exam even though I've had skin cancer."

"Can't say I disagree with the comments. Love being told results are back by 2 people but the pathologist is out. Getting a call that afternoon by a completely different persin and being told the results aren't in and trying to explain to the person what you were told and being told "well what do you want me to do about it?" Call the next day and ask and being told I'm sorry who'd you talk to there's not results. Ummmm three different people. And the kicker is your call is handed off to the same rude person from yesterday that asked you what you want them to do about it? How about your job?!?! Or an apology for the anxiety and trauma your causing someone."

"Horrible pretty much except for the NP Sarah. "Office policy" stands in the way of common sense. Expecting NO change, call spend so much time on hold. Then got hung up on. None of the staff are creditable or reliable. There's no accountability. Just THE WORST. I need to find another option."
