"I had no problems once I got in there. The only thing I can say is that getting an appointment when I had implant surgery or just wanted someone to supply me with a new reading script or to check my eyes after my implant surgery was very difficult as the response I got twice was “we don’t have any openings until September or October.” They should want to listen to the needs of the customer so they can bring new people in to secure sales or more business, not say they don’t have any openings for months when I was referred to their location by my surgeon. Securing customers for a lifetime means talking with customers over the phone and seeing how they can help each caller. Training can fix this problem."

"I had called about a month prior to the appointment. I needed a stronger (right) reading contact lens. The person that I spoke to on the phone was argumentative, said they didn't do things that way, that I needed to make an appointment. The doctor came in, wanted to know how the sample lenses had worked out. I told him that I not been notified about any samples, that I had received a bunch of sass when I had called. He apologized. The appointment went well, exam done and new lenses now being trialed."
