"Computer syster was down. No one called to cancel or let ME know they were running late or NOT AT ALL!!! Until you go to do the electronic check in. Letting 4 patients or more come up to a computer and try to login with no sign on it indicating that the internet or the computer system is down. Just letting us stand there and struggle. I wouldn't sit down on a single chair in that entire office as it looks like someone has gave birtg on every single chair. So I knelt on the floor by the wall for 25 minutes and was not seen. So I told that staff I was leaving. I'm not going to be disrespected and just sat in a waiting room while a doctor makes tons and tons of money by overbooking his patients it's ridiculous and it's horrible patient care Trinity is awful find another doctor don't even bother"

"Michelle swan is a genius. She saw my problem immediately and helped me that day! Yes there are still more tests to do but she got me feeling better so quickly. A simple look at my blood work that nobody else was seeing. Thank you."

"If this guy was a mechanic, he might discover that your car is acting up but he wouldn’t find the cause and he wouldn’t fix the problem but he would still feel accomplished and want paid for just discovering that your car is acting up. I’m 23 and have had stomach problems for a long time. This guy blamed my pancreatitis on alcohol, although I told him numerous times that I am a very light drinker. I warned him that alcohol was not the cause of my pancreatitis but he ignored me. Now my pancreas is getting worse, I’ve been admitted for 6 days and they still don’t know the root cause of my pancreatitis. Over these 6 days he’s spent a total of maybe 5 minutes with me. It’s very clear that he does not care about my well being. It’s the weekend now I’m stuck to get worse and suffer until Monday as I have much to do outside of here. I would recommend going anywhere but to him. Not only is he the worse doctor I’ve ever met, he is the worse professional I’ve ever met in any given field."

"The visit went fine. When they called in the prescription to be filled insurance wanted for generics witch is fine. The pharmacy sent the paper work back to get them filled before 2 but the people that work there found it in their fine wisdom not to worry about it cause it was Friday. So Saturday we try and call the on call doctor and the operator will not put us through. Very rude and super lazy. I talked to a lot of worthless people in my life but this lady takes the cake. A bulllet would be too good for her. Never in my life have I seen a more lazy group of people and I will drive for days not to have to deal with those waste of lives again."
