"The workers were friendly, but that was about it. Our rice was under cooked, which effected the taste of the entire bowl. The floors and food prep areas were completely trashed, and food was everywhere. Not a very clean store, and they weren't even busy."

"The workers are nice, but this is ridiculous. I’m never eating here again. I’ll stick to the one on Mentor Avenue. I understand this place is still new, but that’s no excuse to be out of ingredients all the time and the disgusting atmosphere I walked into. I was d*mn near scared to taste my food. They were out of lettuce so I had to settle for my bowl without lettuce. The salsa in the bins had frozen ice around them! The workers are still scrambling as if they don’t know certain things, it makes you nervous to even taste the food. Then when I opened my bowl the chicken was not cut up whatsoever. Overall a disgusting experience. I’ve eaten there 3 times and they say 3 is a charm, not in this case. Never again."

"I placed an order here and I think it got mixed up. So I came back and everybody was so accommodating. The training manager made sure my order was 100% correct and she was so understanding in why I was upset. Her and the staff’s customer service was top notch and ensured it was just bc there was bumps in opening a new store, which I totally understand! I will definitely come back, just for the excellent service"

"Zero stars if I could! Out of white rice, out of black beans, out of chicken, out of napkins (!) out of soda! Soda shortage, what?! My burrito was pretty much brown rice with a very small portion of steak. Asked for more of everything and was told no otherwise I would be charged for double. Flavorless and gross. I was still hungry after eating my burrito because it was so small! This location, like every other Chipotle, sucks. Never returning again."

"Very impressed with my experience today. The parking is spacious, and not cramped, which was a concern. The drive thru looks great. The restaurant is clean, the employees were friendly & welcoming, everything looked fresh and organized. They have a decent amount of seating, but not meant to seat that many people. The walk in area is so organized, but could get cramped during busier hours. The burrito I got was delicious! Compared the the Mentor Ave Chipotle, there is no question. The steak was fresh, delicious & full of flavor."
