"I went in with a heart rate over 200bpm and I could not get it under control. They took me in right away and had it under control within minutes. I have had issues with it my whole life, but had always been able to get it down. I had never been able to get a diagnosis due to the randomness of it, but they gave me a diagnosis, prescription, and charts for me to follow up with a specialist. I was still out the door in just 2-3 hours."
"Everytime I go here they always tell me I'm fine but I know something is wrong I was just in there the other night bc of very bad pains in my chest and my ribcage and my upper abdomen they told me I was fine and sent me home that same night I ended up throwing up as I was almost asleep I almost choked on my own vomit bc they are a bandaid station and they don't help"
"Took my dad to the ED today, he was in horrible pain in his neck. He was taken right back & examined. Everyone was very nice & helpful & he was given medication in a short amount of time. Once the cause of the pain was determined he was released in a short amount of time. Thanks to everyone who made his visit less painful!"
"Im not one to complain about people who are trying to help, but my visit was very annoying. I came in due to being dizzy and delirious due to post op surgery issues. The First Lady came in took my blood work I told them my veins role in my right arm so she went to my left arm very nice got my vein on the first try. Doc ordered me in for a head ct get that done, from the blood work my white blood cell count was high so they wanted to check for a infection from my surgery fine, they want to do a iv for the contrast, first nurse comes in different from the lady who came in to get my blood work, nurse comes in I tell her your not gonna get my vein in my right arm, she checks my right arm anyways then checks my left says ehh it’s the same, I’m thinking no it’s not to my self, so now she tries the iv in my right hand it blew didn’t get it, then she tries to get it in my right elbow pit, at this point I’m livid because I feel like a pin cushion so I’m told don’t worry no more poking we will get the ultra sound to check I’m like cool, no they get the ultra sound to look for the vein to go back in and stab me for the 3rd time again with a iv needle in my right arm which as you prolly know by now it didn’t work. I told them I’m sorry but I’m not being poked again as I was poked 3 times all in all poked 4 times 3 for no reason the third time as she is digging with the iv need with the ultra sound I jerk because at this point my arm is sore as hell. When I jerk she said sorry I didn’t get it cause you scared me. Like what then maybe you should dig in my arm with a needle I’m sorry but when a patient tells you something, and that they prolly know more because all the work they’ve had done before that iv and blood work has to come from my left arm you would think they would listen instead of making me a red tomato pin cushion, very aggravating Arrived at 10pm didn’t leave until almost 4 in the morning for about a hour of unnecessary trying to get vein in my right arm I’m sorry but I felt not well taken care of and very dissatisfied with my visit. Will not be returning. For any further work."
"I will never go back lol I thought I broke my metacarpal so I went in for X-rays, the lady pushed my finger back as I was already in amount of pain. When she left the room she told me the doctor had my X-rays already. I sat in my room for over 3.5 hours for them to not even come in. Heard doctor and nurse laughing at a man in the next room over because he fell and was brought in by ambulance. GO TO OHIO HEALTH ON 250 (that’s where I found out I needed surgery on my hand and there is absolutely no way I would ever go to ashland for that.)"
