Our Process:
1. Guided Selection: Ordering is a straightforward process. Our knowledgeable staff will assist you in selecting the right options, ensuring that everything needed for the order is ready. You’ll also receive a final price for your memorial.
2. Personal Consultation: Come and sit down with one of our sales representatives to explore various memorial options. We will then create a computer-generated proof of what the monument will look like.
3. Design Approval: Before we begin engraving your monument, you’ll have the opportunity to thoroughly review and approve the design. We’ll work closely with you to ensure that every element is as you envisioned it.
4. Engraving and Installation: After we have received both family and cemetery approval for the monument, we will begin the engraving process. Once production is finished, we will schedule the next available delivery to the cemetery.

"Delivered door dash to this business about 45 minutes ago. As I do a few other orders, I get paused because I apparently didn't deliver their food. Another attempt at getting free food by saying it didn't get delivered. If you're this cheap and want to risk other people's jobs, I wonder how great your business is. Went back and asked why she did it, she claimed she didn't. Thankfully I have proof I delivered. Heather was her name. Don't do business with this company. Especially Heather."
"I am completely appalled at the lack of customer service towards those who have lost a love one. There was a missed quote, which happens all the time, from business to business. We bought the headstone for the price which was quoted only later to receive a phone call stating the miss quote. I’ll trying to understand, And inform the man what was stated, He interrupted I said “Look at the missed calls wrong the price is in the brochure, (which we did not have), And quite frankly It doesn’t matter to me if it gets dug and laid tomorrow or not...” like what??? That’s how you been in business 29 some odd years? My mother spent her money with people who are insensitive toward the very people they chose to serve for however long. Not even being a business I wouldn’t say something like that to someone grieving. It’s disgusting! And I will be back in to let y’all know if it was made right in 3-5 days I’ll give it. 6 days later** No response not an apology call or anything to say I didn’t mean that.. nothing!"
