"EDIT: After writing this review, I did get my deposit back! This company took over Catri Hearing in Amherst Ohio. (I loved Catri hearing! 5 star audiologist!). I was not satisfied with how my aids were working (from Ohio Hearing)so after a phone call to them, I mailed them back to the company. (I had moved out of state). When I called to check if they had been received, because I did not hear from them, they said no. I still had the tracking number from the post office, so I gave it to them, and I looked it up as well. It said they tried to deliver the pkg 3 times, then returned it. But it was not returned to the sender (me) it was “delivered to mail box at city name” . The post office could not say where it was exactly delivered or to whom. Meanwhile, Ohio audiology had to decide if they would give me the money back for the hearing aids as by now, weeks later, it was past their due back time. They did eventually say ok since I could prove they were sent. I, however, was not able to get my “insured money” $500.00 from the post office since their due date had elapsed. I did not get my $500.00 deposit back from the Ohio Audiology either. They said they would check then never called me back. I will try calling them one more time…. If an positive edit should be made to this review I will be back— otherwise I strongly would not recommend Ohio Hearing and Audiology in On Kresgie Ave in Amherst Ohio!"
