"Terrible experience, we boarded around 4 buses and a/c didn’t worked on 3 buses so we got down because everyone was sweating . After 30 mins wait we took the 4th bus and that has A/C. Avoid during summer."
"The staff was wonderful and very helpful. However the buses have no air condition and no fans and you can't open the windows. It made for a very uncomfortable ride."
"Very poor experience for the cost. There was no audio of the sites so we had no idea what we were looking at. The bus broke down twice. Will try to Town Trolley next trip."
"The good about this Is that the buses are clean and the drivers are friendly and you get a really great view if you sit on the open top. The negative is that we went to the Capitol building first which is stop number two. There was some sort of emergency on the grounds and they had to close it but didn't tell any of us and we waited almost an hour for the next bus and then found out and instead of sending a driver to tell us or parking even close to that stop, we had to walk all the way down to the next stop which took forever and my friend who came with me is physically disabled and couldn't really even make the walk. Then when the next bus finally came at stop 3 about 2 hours after we initially tried to get on at stop 2, We were only able to ride without ever getting off again back to Union Station because there was no time to see anything. It was a waste of money."
"Great evening/night tour. See the Pentagon, the Iwo Jima Memorial, White House, Capitol, Georgetown and many more. There is a 20 Minutes Stop at the Lincoln Memorial. 44 Dollar per person for a 2 hours ride with headphone kommentary."
