"I am a home healthcare recipient. They will live you high and dry without a home healthcare worker, and not even discuss it with you, or give you a replacement, and act like that is a perfectly fine thing to do or give you a heads up and be rude about not giving you a heads up. My home healthcare worker was wonderful, but everything else was trash. They did this two days before I had an apartment inspection too and I am physically disabled. Quite frankly I shouldn’t HAVE to learn from my home healthcare worker that she would no longer be helping me. I’m infuriated at the utter disrespect I was shown with this."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They leave my disabled dad all by him self and use excuses say they don't have staff when they are responsible for their clients and i was told by their higher ups they could use other health care companies staff if need be and i called and complained to them about my dad being alone and they refused do do anything about it i don't even understand how this company is even in business they are rude and don't care about the clients 0 stars"

"Poor management, poor treatment of employees and lack of concern for the consumer. Very disorganized and unempathetic company for the type of services they provide. Upper management looks down upon and is rude to lower level employees and blame all their mistakes on lower management. Office employees are forced to work out of office as caregivers and if they become injured they're just fired; tossed out like yesterday's trash and have their benefits (PTO, gas reimbursement dues) stolen from them or never paid out. My experience with this company was a nightmare in which I'm still physically and mentally recovering from 23 months after being terminated over a severe back injury that happened on the job while I was being forced to work as a caregiver. Worst employer I've ever been associated with and I will never stop telling people what this company did to me (can't go into detail here yet it was despicable)."

"They left my great grandmother by herself twice. Left her at midnight and made my grandmother get out of bed and go down there to take care of her until 7:15 when the other worker came. Which she was 15 mins late. Then left her alone from 3:30-4:30 in her wheelchair alone until my grandmother got there and took care of her. Then they sent a male in which she said she didn’t want a man taking care of her for personal reason. They are not a good service to go through for care of loved ones."

"The rudest company I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. The office staff is rude and ignorant and so are their nurses. I've never seen such an unprofessional staff in my entire life. Their nurses are under qualified and don't know anything about actual health care. I swear from the looks of it they just hire anyone off the street. If I could I would rate this poor excuse of a company NO stars, but unfortunately I have to rate them at least one. I would steer clear of this company at all costs from their PCAs to their Nurses. Just rude, ignorant and unprofessional people every where here."
