"The manager is rude and disrespectful. They rush you through your appointment because they are busy and understaffed. And then they only explain half of the important information about your purchase, and when you bring this to their attention they put the blame on you. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend this place to anyone."

"Brought both my kid's there and we all enjoyed it there. Very welcoming and very nice and polite everyone was and friendly and very nice. Felt very welcome and warming coming there. And the people at the desk are very nice and helpful and the eye doctor felt like she was good at explaining everything and very nice to. And even the desk people and workers was that to and felt like they was all very kind and a nice place to go and take both my kid's to the eye doctor. So very glad also that i found one close to. And went there before when it was the original eye doctor before salem eye care i believe it was. But it was a great experience and like i said everyone was really nice and sweet there and very kind and all polite and we had a great time and will definitely be coming back!! Thank you very much!!"

They had many frames to pick from within my retail allowance. I can't say enough about Seth, who was very knowledgeable.
