"Kim Messina should find another line of work. My family's memorial arrived during the pandemic. I requested a picture or the ability to view it before final payment. Kims response and tone were distasteful. She made me feel like that request was a complete hassle. From the time final payment was mailed to placement took almost a month. My family was never notified in any way that the memorial was sent to the cemetary for placement. In 2 separate conversations, Kim assured me, a call would be made to inform me when the headstone was due to be delivered. That never happened. These actions are just not acceptable for this line of business. Pamela Doss memorialist was exceptional. She helped my family through the design . I can't say enough about her. Her follow up was through and timely. The memorial turned out beautifully. Everything we expected. I also feel their memorials are priced fairly. Again. My only complaint was with the K.M. and her involvement at the very end."

"I went in to look at stones for my father who passed away from cancer. I Found a flat stone I liked but I needed to find pictures for the laser etch.so I just paid the pad fee to get poured for stone to be set on(that the cemetary pours). It takes time to find the perfect pic of my dad to honor his memory. This lady in medina office who I delt with in the store from the beginning called me 2 times asking about pictures. At that time I was still gathering them from my family members. Within the last week I stumbled upon a better slant style stone vs the ground style and a saving of 300. The woman from the medina store called me back because I called to get the cemetary # to see when they are going to pour the pad since its been over 2 months and making shure the money was sent to them. While in discussion I told her I found a better stone and I doubt the company could match it. Then she said And I quote " You USED ME, in a horrible tone and when were you going to tell me ". I said I only paid for the pad and when I find the right picture I would have been in to purchas the stone but unfortunately I found a better one. Then being all rude saiying over and over "You USED ME" I said you are disrespecting me and my fathers legacy and I hung up. If this is how you want to be treated, then more power to you! But I know when it comes to your family and during this horrible time I would expect to be treated in a fair and loving maner knowing you have lost a special someone in your life. This woman should be fired due to the poor inhuman ways she is representing a long legacy of this company.fyi this is the first review I have done. I just want the public to know how you will be treated when you go there."
