Reviews
"Our tour guide, Matt was great! He was pretty knowledgeable about the sites he took us on. My family happened to be the only ones (we were there in August) on this tour which made it more enjoyable and personable. We booked the extended tour and also added on to use the EMF detectors which displayed lots of activity! I definitely recommend booking the tour especially closer to evening to add an even more spooky vibe to it. While at Allison’s house a light had turned on in the upper left window! Very spooky!!!"
"We had our Salem tour with Jen T. and had a great time! Jen has lived in the area for a long time and you could tell how excited she was to share the history and spooky tales with us. She had blend of known spooky tales and personal ones too! She knew the bartenders along the way which made us feel comfortable just slipping in for a quick drink before the tour continued. I loved that we had our tour with her before we did anything else in Salem because in the end she also asked us what we were interested in so she could recommend stores and restraunts!"
"Sam was an amazing tour guide. He explained the history of Salem with so much passion, and didn’t miss a detail. Really fun personality and super knowledgeable! Got some weird/cool photos as well, so I definitely recommend bringing a second camera if possible!"
"We had a great time on our tour! Our guide Mason was very knowledgeable and a great storyteller. Walked away with a better understanding of the time period and the hysteria behind the witch trials."
"During our two hour walking tour, we stopped at so many more significant places around Salem than I ever thought we would be able to get to in two hours. Our tour guide John was excellent giving us a wealth of information and going at a pace that was comfortable for all. A nice, small group (only 5 people!) during our 3pm tour on July 3rd. I learned so much about Salem's history (so much more than just the witch trials part, which was perfect for the type of tour we were looking for!) and architecture, and so would highly recommend for all who are looking for an authentic walking tour. (ALL the facts presented matched perfectly with the brand new, special Salem Witch Trials exhibit that just opened at a local museum, which we visited a few days after our tour). It was a long, hot walk, much of it on uneven surfaces, so be sure to arrive prepared with comfortable walking shoes, water, sunscreen & a brimmed hat. There was great communication via text leading up to the tour as far as tour timing, starting location, contact name & number, etc. Thank you John!"
