"I recently returned from the Niagara Falls trip with Best Single Travel, and it was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, making the entire experience stress-free and thoroughly enjoyable. The itinerary was well-planned, balancing sightseeing, group activities, and free time. The highlights, of course, were the breathtaking views of Niagara Falls. The boat tour that took us up close to the falls was unforgettable. Our host was knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist, making sure everyone in the group felt included and had a great time. The accommodations were comfortable, and the meals were delicious. If you're considering this trip, don't hesitate – it's a must-do experience that I highly recommend! I'll definitely be booking with Best Single Travel again."

"First of all, I had my phone stolen on a recent trip and this is my pen name. I will try and write a review under my birth name but the review will be the same. Since my new phone is being set up, I'll post my name as Mary W here. I do not recommend this agency for several reasons. The tour leader we had was not experienced, professional or helpful in a crisis. Second the room the first night (after more than 24 hours of travel) was listed under the late owner's name and names of the some of the 7 guests were spelled wrong. Because the tour leader did not clarify who was staying in what room, a person who arrived late was moved into my tiny room and the travel leader did not return until very late so I had to spend almost $300 to get to another hotel. Second the tour leader did not offer to help for 11 days, complaining about her failure to put her phone in airplane mode when I begged her to text my sister about the stolen phone internationally. I got through with the help of the ship (it was an 11 day ship tour) and kind strangers throughout the ship. It was a devastating and traumatic experience for me and I hope no one ever has that kind of experience. Most people cannot survive even one day without a cell phone. The tour company and guide did not help at all except to express sympathy. I had to pay money out of pocket for a room to sleep in as I was kicked out of my own room, barely large enough for one person with two suitcases."

"I have been looking forward to the Kenya Africa trip and had very high expectations. I thought the cost was bit high. However, the actual experience exceeded my high expectations and I felt the money was well worth it! The number and variety of animals we saw, the service from the tour guide and hotel staff, the food and drinks were all super high quality. Highly recommend."
