"These folks are terrible!! The office manager thinks she is a doctor. We have been patients for 26+years,relatively healthy and she decides that since we haven’t been there for a couple of years, they may not continue seeing us. My wife needs to see the doctor and the office manager acts like a little princess. This is disgusting!! This will be referred to UPMC. I’m sure that a review by UPMC is long overdue. A one star rating is too high!!"
