"Triage and Nursing team here, is amazing. They are professional, compassionate and kind. They took very good care of me during my stay. I highly recommend them. The Doctors not so much, as they did not seem to care much and were more concerned about other things than patient care. But, the Nurses and staff are excellent!"

"It was not a long wait but my mom did not eat before we left home because of a fall, the doctor told us she could have something to eat after being taken to her room. Well that didn't happen for 2 hours after being taken to her room. We arrived at about 3:30pm. The 1/2 sandwich was cold and it was hard to get warm blankets, my mom is anemic. She lives across the street from Southe Pointe and says she would rather make the trip to Metro should another emergency occur."

"My 81-year-old mother was in an observation room on the 7th floor. Her treatment by the staff during her approximately 24-hour stay was excellent. It is a very high-tech hospital, and all of the staff are fully knowledgeable of how to operate said tech, which was refreshing to see. Wonderful staff. Quality food service. It is truly a facility worthy of having the name Cleveland Clinic attached to it."

"I recently visited the surgical department to support a family number having a hip replacement. As a non-patient, I can say that the staff was mostly professional and the facilities were clean and well maintained. I must say, however, that a few nurses could use more training when it comes to addressing family members. Granted, I kmow that they have a very difficult job, but one nurse in particular was EXTREMELY rude and rolled her eyes and huffed when 4 family members attempted to visit the patient. What she needs to realize is that people are dealing with the stress of sick family members. A little compassion and understanding goes a long way. If only 2 people can visit at a time, that should be communicated compassionately. Instead, she chose to scold us like we were in kindergarten. It just left me with a negative opinion that overshadowed everything else good about the hospital and staff."

"Michael Mastrangelo, BEST EMERGENCY ROOM PA-C. He was so thorough, professional and kind. He got more doctors engaged to make sure I was good. Lanelle in insurance was funny and sweet. Dave the intake nurse was very nice and accommodating. Dr. Chichianni was very nice as well...I received top notch service. . My room was clean. They wore gloves. They had disinfectant wipes. The wait wasn't long. What more could I ask for?"
