Reviews
"Love Donating every 56 Days at Warzel Red Cross Blood Center… true professionals with Great attitudes and fun personalities! They really care!"
"UPDATE 9/17/2022: I have donated at 3 separate blood drives since the Original review NO issues what so ever! ORIGINAL (2020): If you are deaf or have any type of disability do NOT donate blood here. These people will turn you away for being deaf even though you have an American Red Cross Donar Card and have donated in another state multiple times while being deaf. The most recent being 90 days ago. Last time I checked being deaf can NOT be transmitted through blood but apparently these people think so. I had already did my Rapid Pass Questionnaire Online but these folks don't give you a chance to explain.... They say NO and that's it. They do NOT want to be inconvenienced or bothered apparently... If that's the case then they are in the wrong line of work. DISCRIMINATION AT ITS FINEST!!"
"I was there for a medical procedure called lukeaphresis (sp?) They draw blood, put it through a centrifuge put red cells back and send white for processing, to be returned in a couple days. Sounds intense? Well, yeah. It takes several hours. Red Cross people were terrific. They put me at ease made me comfortable. Parking was a breeze. All good. If you gotta do this, do it here."
"Great place to give blood. Since it's a permanent Red Cross station, everything is all set up and it's more reliable and consistent than temporary stations. Nice atmosphere and good staff. They always have availability for power red donation which I like."
"I've been donating platelets and other blood products here for a few years already. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Donating weekly during the pandemic."
