Welcome to Clark's Elioak Farm, a charming destination nestled in the heart of Howard County at 10500 Clarksville Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21042, United States. Our family has been farming here since 1797, and today, we proudly offer a unique blend of food, store, tourist attraction, and zoo experiences for visitors of all ages.
This August, we're thrilled to announce GEM MINING MONTH, our latest and most exciting activity! Throughout the month, you can purchase a bag of sand, gems, and minerals and embark on a treasure hunt. Use the water in our sluice to wash away the sand and uncover hidden gems and minerals. Each bag of “mine rough” includes a bag to collect your treasures and an Identification Guide to help you determine your finds.
At Clark's Elioak Farm, there's something for everyone. Meet our friendly farm animals, stroll through the nostalgic Enchanted Forest attractions, and relive the magic of your childhood. Don't miss out on exploring the Fairy Forest, enjoying our play areas, slides, and picnic spots.
For those who want to keep coming back, we offer 2024 SEASON PASSES and GIFT CERTIFICATES, available both at the farm and online.
Our operating hours are:
- Tuesday through Friday: 10 AM to 5 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10 AM to 5:30 PM
Additionally, we are open on special Mondays throughout the year, including March 25, April 1, May 27 (Memorial Day), September 2 (Labor Day), and all Mondays in October.
Admission is $8.00 per person (age 1 and above), which includes access to the petting farm animals, Enchanted Forest attractions, Fairy Forest, play areas, slides, and picnic areas.

Admission and ride tickets are available for purchase at the farm when you arrive, as we do not sell online tickets. We accept cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay.

"Attended a 1-year old’s birthday party here and my toddler had a great time. Took a hay ride, got to feed baby goats, and got a tour of all the animals. Our tour guide Sarah was great. Lots of slides and playground equipment. The party pavilion even had a pretend bus the kids could ride. Will be coming back!"

All the animals are well cared for and treated with the best care. Year after year, the staff has been the same. "I brought my preschool and their families here for an awesome day of fun. We started with a tour that included educational areas of farming crops and they each got to plant a seed cup. We saw many animals on the farm and got to feed the goats. We also had a fun hayride. Afterwards, we had hours to explore the many activities that were saved from the old Enchanted Forest that used to exist nearby. The families also brought their lunches and ate at the many picnic tables there. It was a great trip and I highly recommend it for families!"
