"Dr. Roman was absolutely amazing! She saved my life. In addition to Dr. Roman, the entire staff was very sympathetic to my situation. They did everything they could to get me through what it was that I was terrified in dealing with."
"I was recommended to Dr Lee for my cataract surgery. He performed the surgery with no pain and no problems. The nurse practitioner is wonderful! She's very helpful and super nice along with the entire office staff. I definitely recommend Lee Eye Center."
"I first went to Lee Eye Center because I slept with my contacts in and got two cuts on my cornea. They got me in the same day and I received the prescription same day as well. From there on out I have gone for annual eye appointments for updated prescriptions. They give me trial contacts to make sure I like the prescription and even offer a quick eye exam after a few weeks in case I feel it is wrong or could be improved! They are always caring and very professional. They also have the best selection for glasses!! The ladies are always honest when it comes to the glasses shape and how they think you look! I have gotten two pairs of glasses that both fit my face and style perfectly. Overall I recommend Lee Eye Center for any emergency visits and the casual eye appointment! :)"
"I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am 56 years old and my second cataract. The initial visit I was told I would have an appointment w the surgeon. No one called me to tell me when the appointment would be. So I called and my appointment was the next day. Second issue. When you call the office no one answers! During the surgery,I felt the procedure. My leg was shaking because it hurt. The surgeon yelled at me to stop shaking my leg. I was in pain and told him that. Dr Bafna claims to be a world class surgeon. Maybe in a 3rd world country! My first cataract surgery I felt nothing So after surgery they take vitals and tell you to go eat somewhere! WHAT! I wanted to go home and sleep. So we ate and had to come back for an eye exam. The ditsy girl who did my eye exam said close your good eye and tell me what you see. My right eye was tearing and was painful. Ridiculous! What did they expect me to see? I just had surgery ! They don’t answer the phone This center is unprofessional. I had to pay for this world class surgeon who was not nice and never spoke to me after the surgery. I will not recommend this place to anyone. If I could score a negative star I would"
"I went out of network to see Dr. Lee, therefore I had to pay a lot of out of pocket money for cataract surgery. All went well and the staff was outstanding and I was happy with the results. The facility was clean, they made me feel comfortable and I have no complaints about the procedures. However, after spending what I had to spend, I requested an itemized statement to see what my insurance company covered. I wasn’t expecting the surgery, so all I thought was, have an exam and get glasses and that would be it. From November until March I continued to request an itemized statement, which, legally, I’m entitled to. I show a balance and I’m not paying it until I see what it is I’m paying for. My next phone call will be to my attorney. I’ve wasted enough time on the phone."
