"Purchased this tour as a gift for my dad and it was excellent. We had a great time, and Kris was a wonderful guide. He is a very animated storyteller and does a good job of projecting the group. Also appreciated that he would pause at times if a very loud train or group of motorcycles went by - he was conscientious of making sure the group could hear. That can be a struggle sometimes with tour groups. Felt like we had 3 tours in 1 - plenty of history on Al Capone and other gangsters, plus ghost stories, plus some Chicago history. We also appreciated the 10-min break halfway through the tour to check out Palmer House and use restrooms there if needed. Definitely recommend this tour, great value for what you get!"

"For any city I visit, I always do a ghost tour, and the Chicago Gangsters and Ghosts Tour was one of the top rated in Chicago. I appreciate the fact that it was a walking tour, since I feel it is more immersive than those that operate by bus or trolley. Our guide, Alan, was very funny, knowledgeable, and engaging. I was able to see parts of the city that I would not have experienced if I didn’t do the tour. I appreciated the history that was shared through each of the locations visited. My only complaint is that it was more history based than paranormal. Nonetheless, I’d recommend it to anyone who enjoys these kinds of tours."
