Founded in 1964 by a dedicated group of local citizens, our museum boasts an extensive collection that is unparalleled in Northwestern Pennsylvania.
Our mission is to preserve and present the unique history of Union City in ways that connect and inspire people, encouraging them to learn from the past and help shape a better future. We offer engaging tours on Thursday and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and on Friday from 1 PM to 5 PM. For those with busy schedules, we also provide private tours at times that are convenient for you.
The Union City Museum is a 100% volunteer organization, and we are always eager to welcome new members. There are numerous ways to get involved, from assisting in the publication of our monthly newsletter "PEAK at the Past," to creating exhibits, entering artifacts and historical information into our computer systems, driving membership, fundraising, maintaining our building, and even helping with cleaning. We value any amount of time you can contribute and appreciate the support of our community.
