"Fourth of July Fireworks. We sat in the grandstand. The fireworks were shot from across the field. Great show and fabulous finale."
"Wonderful fair over Labor Day weekend. Geauga County organized an eclipse day. They did an excellent job with music, an announcer, and food trunks."
"The Great Geauga Total Solar Eclipse event by the Geauga Park District was phenomenal! The kids had a wonderful day. They had several crafts related to the eclipse and educational models/ demonstrations. The staff was well educated and helpful to curious minds. The event site grass was a little soggy from all the rain recently. But, the walkways and paths were not muddy and clean. All the facilities were well kept, clean, and organized. There was a nice line of food trucks for the event and picnic tables. It was well planned and organized! The Geauga Park District did a wonderful job of making the Total Solar Eclipse memorable!"
"Super fun! Weather was better than last year. Definitely a great way to make memories for the kiddos! Something New we experienced this year was the Blacksmithing set up! Super neat and awesome to see. Really enjoyed the Garden barn and always enjoy the chickens! Also, it was really nice to see a Food vendor this year with menu prices that weren't ridiculous: $4 combo hotdog, fries , pop, $1 water and $5 combo corn dog. I know vendors are there to make $ but ... Anyway, can't wait till next year, we watched the draft horse pulls as we were leaving, Horses were huge, pulling like 30 cement blocks and hopefully next year Ill actually understand how the competition works."
"Perfect weekend for the Great Geauga County Fair. The food was awesome and the barns were loaded with great farm animals attended by the children who worked very hard to get them ready for winning some ribbons. Everyone did super jobs to help make it a success. I loved it. Did not do the rides but judging by the screaming of adventurers I knew they were having fun. Lol"
