Beth and Brian focused on my concerns during the entire process. Handling my many questions and concerns over the course of many phone calls and discussions. There is no high pressure from their end. They just want to provide to you exactly what you want with some suggestions that always made things better. They went the extra mile for me and I am eternally grateful to them and the Sheffield Monuments team. "If I could give 10 stars I would! Darlene is one of the most caring and compassionate people I’ve had to deal with in a time of grief! She will go above and beyond your expectations! My experience was amazing. I told her exactly what I wanted and she handled everything else. She even went out of her way to help me correct something (that was no fault of hers) after my stone was in place. This unfortunately was my second stone in one year. I did not use them for my first stone but I really wish I had! They do an amazing job!"

"Sheffield Monuments was incredibly helpful in creating a memorial for my mother. I was trying to match my mother's grave marker to the ones for her own parents which had been created back in the 1960's by another company long since out of business. Darlene and her family used photos and actual rubbings of my grandparents markers in order to custom create lettering to match the original stones. The result was amazing and made me feel better about how I was trying to honor the memory of my mother. Thank you so much, I truly appreciate the extra effort (and patience!) you provided."
