"If Centred coffee isn’t on your top 10 cafès in the city, I encourage you to give it a shot. The owner is very meticulous and thorough when it comes to ingredient sources. A ton of ingredients (milk, maple syrup, coffee) are all from local vendors. So it’s nice to know when you support one small business, you’re supporting multiple others. The ambiance is very laid back. I’d recommend bringing your friends from out of town to catch up at either location. Anyways, definitely check them out. The baristas are very accommodating and un-intimidating (coffee casuals, have no fear!)."
