"Since December of last year, Rotech has been demanding the return of my CPAP machine, which I have had since March 2022. According to the information provided by the staff at the Girard office, Caresource has paid for the machine. Despite this, Rotech insists that I return it due to an issue with my paperwork. I have made numerous calls, and my doctor has also contacted them. The Girard office assured me that I should not give up the machine as they were working to resolve the issue. However, on July 20, 2024, I received a letter from Rotech's attorney stating that I must either return the machine or pay $1,300. Failure to do so would result in legal action for civil theft. This situation has caused significant frustration and anger. I plan to contact various government agencies, starting with the Ohio Attorney General, to report Rotech's business practices in Ohio and their treatment of customers. Additionally, I will reach out to Medicaid to understand how a company with an F rating from the Better Business Bureau was awarded a contract. I believe Medicaid recipients have a right to know the criteria for selecting service providers, especially if the goal was to choose the cheapest option for the state's low-income population."
"Zero stars!!! Worst customer service ever! It’s impossible to get needed supplies, been waiting for my sons for over a month! I have called multiple, multiple times! They are completely incompetent and continually say “it’s under review” or “still waiting response from doctor, or new script”….blah blah even though I was standing in person in the doctors office when the information was sent. They refuse to process requests for much needed supplies and then blame the doctor’s offices for THEIR incompetence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER-seriously look around for any and every other option. This company needs put of business. You honestly should be ashamed of yourselves Rotech-pathetic excuse for a company!!!"
"I wish I could be like others and give a no star review terrible terrible terrible customer service and just in general terrible service if you can or have an option to use a different company please do. Our pediatrician sent over for a nebulizer for my sick grandson I went down in person to pick it up after them telling my daughter they were working on it getting it ready and they would call her to come and get it. I was already in the area so stop down there and I got told by the lady at the front desk that they needed more information from the pediatrician I stood in front of her and called the pediatricians office at 1:05 And told them what they needed at 1:30 my pediatrician fax back the information they were requesting. I called down there after speaking with pediatricians office cause I called them to make sure it was sent back over and they said they would have it ready in 20 to 30 minutes and I could come get it as I was walking out the door, Lady called and said we have to send this order because we are not contracted forward to a whole day later they called my daughter on 4/24 and had her come down today and pick it up. What kind of service is this? I have a sick baby that needed that machine so he could have his breathing treatments."
"I have been fighting to get my CPAP machine since January 29 this is now almost 3 months later. I still don't have a machine, they don't call you back, they say they don't have enough documentation from Dr office, and now I got everything they claimed they need, and guess what? Still no machine!! I have severe obstructive sleep apnea and they don't care!! When I lived in Wisconsin the company I worked with had machine ready for me to be picked up a week after my sleep study. This is the worst company and they don't care about people's lives who need these machines to sleep and to breathe. Shame on you!!!"
"We came for an equipment delivery/pickup. TERRIBLE SIGNAGE made it impossible to find. Nothing is visible from any street. The tech was prepared with all equipment on hand. She was pleasantly informative."
