Custom Hearing Protection Instructions:

- Custom Products: Insert the thinner side into your ear canal and twist the plug until it fits comfortably. Pull up from the top of your ear to straighten the ear canal as you push the ear mold in.

- Non-Custom Products: Insert the thinner side into your ear canal, pull up from the top of your ear to straighten the ear canal, and push the ear plug in. For foam plugs, squeeze and roll tightly before insertion.
