"I won't be coming back waited 17 minutes in the drive thu for my order all was wrong they messed up 5 hard taco with no cheese I got 5 soft tacos with cheese. So they throw a coupon in for a free taco...need to get smarter people"

"This Taco Bell is a good one. The service is excellent too. My only complaints are that not a lot of meat is put onto some items in the menu and the wait sometimes. I assume that the wait is due to the demand in online orders and in store orders they receive. And by the looks of it, only one of their preparation stations is open most of the time. You guys sell 12 packs of tacos and have a lot of menu items so I don’t blame you guys at all with the wait. And whenever one of my items were made incorrectly I just come to the front, or pull around, and they fix the issue for me free of charge. I wish you guys good luck. God bless you all."

"Staff didn’t bother to greet customers, take order at the front, or fulfill mobile orders, one of which was mine. I ordered ahead and got to the restaurant about ten minutes later. I then watched as people came in after me ordered at the kiosk and got their food while I just waited. I finally asked an employee what the status of my order was and she didn’t bother getting back to me with an answer so I had to ask again, this time Shandale heard and began making my order. Well I ordered nacho fries and she decided to eat my fries out of the container. I witnessed this and asked for new fries, thinking she’d certainly change her gloves after getting caught putting her fingers in her mouth. Nope! She went right back to making food until I outright told her that was disgusting and she needed to change her gloves. She was super unprofessional and yelled out “oh my god this is ridiculous” before changing her gloves. The store manager was standing there too, and didn’t bother to say a word to her at all and didn’t bother apologizing to me when I told her about the incident. All she did was make excuses about her headset beeping. I asked why she didn’t bother to intervene when she saw a disagreement between her employee and a customer and she couldn’t even think up an excuse."
