"Called and left a message for the Dr. (with the receptionist) regarding starting allergy shots. Never heard back from them... for months. Went in for a follow up appointment and walked out an hour later without having seen the Dr. or anyone else once she was weighed and settled into an exam room. After walking out, I called them to complain and to reschedule. She said, let me figure out what happened, then hung up on me and I've not heard back from them. Needless to say, we'll find a new allergist who can actually hire office staff who are competent and will also see his patients somewhere close to the time they're supposed to be seen. Over scheduling patient appointments needs to be a thing of the past. It's ridiculous that doctors assume our time is worthless, but if you were 10 minutes late they'd charge you and make you reschedule months down the line. There are so many doctors out there, I simply refuse to go to one who treats me and my kids this way."
