The Little Clinic

"I was in the Hoover Road Kroger over 2 weeks ago. I stopped at The Little Clinic desk to inquire about getting a DOT Physical before the end of the month. The best option for me was a Saturday AM appointment so I made an appointment for Saturday, 4-27-2024. I preregistered all my info online before I came in on 4-27-2024. It was early and everything went well. I was treated well and all of my questions were answered. This is my third visit at this clinic. My first 2 visits were from appointments I also made. These visits went as well as my third appointment."

"I work for a skilled, long-term care rehab assisted living facility. I'm not going to name my exact title but one of my duties is the supervisor for all the receptionists in the building. If your receptionists were under me I would have fired them. I don't care what field you work in health care. Be it Dr, nurse, aide, STNA, housekeeping, reception the list goes on and on. If you are not kind or compassionate get out of this field right now. Turning away mothers with children because they're 5 minutes late. The fact that you leave these people employed is disgusting."

"My wife and I were turned away from this Little Clinic (which had a 100% empty lobby at the time) the day after Christmas for being exactly five minutes late for our appt, after traveling in heavy traffic and on poor road conditions. That, nor my wife’s illness couldn’t have mattered less to these people. The miserable receptionist, the very first person you encounter at this business, displayed zero empathy while lecturing us about the tardiness policy. Thankfully, my wife was able to have an antibiotic called in and is doing much better, no thanks to these bums. I understand not wanting to work the day after Christmas, but turning away an ill patient over 5 minutes is egregious."

"Checked in at the kiosk for a walk-in appointment, with an estimated wait time of an hour. Then **after** waiting patiently in the lobby for an hour, I was told by a staff member that they have no time for walk in appointments today. If you have no time why was the appointment even accepted?? And why could no one say that before wasting an hour of my time?? Why do you even advertise your clinic as a walk-in clinic?"

"The two receptionists working the morning of 7/27/2022 were the most unprofessional and unhelpful people I’ve ever met. There are multiple signs saying walk-ins are accepted, but insisted I HAD to make an appointment. Extremely rude and didn’t even smile when greeted. My younger sister had an ear infection and they made her feel like she didn’t matter. My mother went back with her and while I was waiting in the area I could hear them make rude comments. Do NOT take your child to Little Clinic, especially the Hoover Rd location. Do better."
