"Rude staff. I grabbed a 9:45am appt for my son. Got to Kroger & had issues finding parking, it was packed. By the time I walked thru the store to get there, it was 9:49. MA didn’t say hi, greet or anything. Just said, “Let me see if she’ll even see you because you’re LATE.” She goes back & several minutes later comes back & says, “We have a 5 min late policy & she said she won’t see you until 1015.” I said, if your policy is 5 minutes & I was here at 9:49, is that not 4 minutes, which is less than 5? In the time you guys took debating about 4 min, you could have just seen me. The MA got really nasty & rude with me, kept arguing about how their policy was 5 min & they were going to make me wait another half hour. Then, she stomps off to get the NP, who comes out & tells me that I was 4 minutes late & if she sees me now, I will back her up the rest of the day. Mind you, they’ve not spent 15 min just arguing over 4 minutes and I could have been seen and out the door in the time it took them to complain about 4 minutes. Also, the waiting area was completely empty & I’m looking online at their open appointments & it’s literally wide open with appointments available every 15 min the entire day. I’m not sure what I was backing her up on the entire day. So, of course, I’m really upset by this point because of how they’re acting. I’m an NP & I would have NEVER squabbled with a patient over 4 freaking minutes. Also, since they kept emphasizing to me that their policy is FIVE MINUTES, Ummm…anyone who can do math knows 4 minutes is under 5 minutes. I wouldn’t have even been upset if they hadn’t been rude from the start, a full waiting area & no other appointments available the rest of the day. Like I said, I’m an NP as well & would have understood that. None of this was the case. I wouldn’t have even been upset if they were professional & the MA wasn’t so rude. This was just lazy & they put more effort into not seeing my kid than just seeing him. I finally got really upset & told them this whole ordeal was just stupid and there was no way I was letting them touch my kid at all after the way they were acting with us over 4 minutes when they weren’t even busy. Tried to call customer service, of course, their customer service is closed because it’s a holiday. Went to WellNow, was in & out and treated with no issues, professional & caring service. I’ve used Little Clinic a lot & never had a negative experience, but the MA & NP they had on staff today really changed my opinion of that location. I won’t be back anytime soon."

"Went today because I wasn’t feeling well and Nina Mallett NP was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and had me in and out quickly with a diagnosis and prescription and I am already feeling so much better!! I will definitely be going back to her for future quick visits"

I went in with an ear infection and came out with in depth knowledge regarding allergies and all things related! I just recently developed allergies and didn't realize the toll it takes on the body. "My son was turned away because the clerk/nurse couldn't find his insurance in their system. He has an insurance card and the policy is in good standing. The nurse/clerk should have called the number on the back of the card if they were having problems.....seems utterly ridiculous to refuse treatment due to their clerical incompetence."

"I wish I could give zero stars. The experience was horrible. After canceling my boyfriends appointment they made him wait almost 2 hours. The whole time trying to get a covid test Lucille Milliken was giving him the most disgusting looks for no reason, and when someone gave us their appointment she continued to ignore us, call the next person and slam the door while telling the receptionist "do whatever you want with them." Then she proceeded to talk poorly about me and our friend, you may work in Healthcare but customer service skills are important. Unprofessional and rude."
