"Save yourself some frustration and find a Dr who is as interested in your health as you are. I haven't been scheduled for a follow up since February. I was told his office would reach out. During the February appt, Dr. Fazal was at a conference or lecture speaking to me from a hallway. Appointment lasted maybe 6 mins and he appeared less than interested. Communication is clearly a problem still. When you call to ask questions, management doesn't call you back despite telling you they will. Your not a priority until you leave a bad review. -‐‐---‐----‐------------------------- Communication has improved and actions are being taken to support the treatment plan discussed. Thank you. The sleep study itself was great. Very clean facilities and kind technicians. It's been extremely difficult to get any type of assistance post study. Very Disappointing."

"Dr Fazal has been treating my mother since 2019 and am very satisfied for his services and his staff too. Every service I have asked him he always try his best to help me. My mom doesn't leave here he checked on her and heath every time. I highly recommended him. Hi pay out of pocket and he has solution for payment plan. They are professionals at the highest level and answered all of my questions and concerns prior to the testing. This facility is military friendly and I highly recommend Laurel Sleep Center especially because of the outstanding staff!"

"I based my decision to use best health based on the reviews and it was a bad decision! Not sure if the reviews are older or for a different dr but working with Dr Fazal was a huge mistake. My first consult, he was driving. The second one, he was 30 minutes late and in some sort of loud building. No chart in front of him. I did the sleep study and the facility was very nice. Report came back and he recommended a cpap due to “the severity of my sleep apnea,” which was mild with no desaturations. Tried the cpap for almost two months and it made my sleep worse after trying numerous masks and getting a new pillow, lots of unnecessary stress. I had an appointment with my primary care Dr and she said she doesn’t think I need a cpap and to stop using it. Had a third consult with Dr Fazal, he was finally on time, sitting at a desk and presumably looking at my chart. I had no “desaturations” and am taking a med that diminishes my REM sleep. This was never discussed with me, I was never given other options, and I was never told the risks/benefits of a cpap = no informed consent. And now guess what, insurance is questioning the need for cpap and I may be out of pocket even more money for something that in my and my primary care drs opinion, was unnecessary. Would not recommend Dr Fazal."
