"Had to go to a pulmonologist as recommended by Sharon Regional to approve me for anesthetic for a gastric sleeve surgery. Had to do a sleep study, which is generally procedure, and (after radio silence for an entire month after the sleep study,) despite never needing oxygen or a cpap machine during the sleep study (or in the hospital after surgery), he basically said that I have severe enough sleep apnea to use a cpap machine, which prolonged my surgery date by almost 2 months. When I returned for the one month appointment after wearing the cpap machine so he coukd finally approve me for surgery, he said the words: “Well, I’m not sure exactly why they put you on a cpap machine before surgery but I’ve heard they say that it helps.” …… in front of my mother who is a respiratory therapist, lol. So, needless to say, I am 2 weeks post op and will not be going back."

"My mother went to this doctor after having a x-ray and a cat scan finding 2 masses on her lungs. Her next step was to go to a pulmonary doctor which brought her to this clown. With out a pet scan or a biopsy this guy diagnosed her with lung cancer told her several options and if she refused any of it she may have a year and a half to live. ALL that through a ct scan! While my mother was in complete shock this dude throws his hands in the air and says what do you expect you smoke!! Are you kidding me!?? I immediately suggested she go to someone else and she did today. Even tho we don’t know for sure what the masses are the new guy made her feel as if she had a chance regardless of the outcome of the biopsy. Do not go to this guy. Hope is the key word."
