"Dr Novosel is very good at what she does. However I have been waiting for 2 days to try to schedule an appt for what I think is bronchitis. Called me after office closed yesterday, I called in at 8am. Today, nothing. You can not talk to a real person and I can only leave so many messages. I guess I should go to er, since I can not get any relief from this office."

"Horrible place! The front desk is rude and condescending. I don’t know about the other doctors there but Dr Carl should not be practicing medicine. I started seeing her for one specific reason which she agreed to help me with. Yet all she did was send me for test after test that had nothing to do with why I was there never addressing the original issue I went to her for help with. Just milking my insurance. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!"
