"While I agree with other reviews that I should have been made aware that this would be a telehealth visit, it may have been an overlook on my end. This is an easy fix. Some changes to the website highlighting this a little more could fix the issue. Maybe even putting a phrase about the telehealth in the appointment reminder text message would be enough. That said, I actually was impressed by it all!! They have very up to date equipment. They took pictures of my eyes, tested all visual fields and looked at my optic nerve without dilation. The staff on screen worked the in room equipment remotely but the Sharon City Eyeworks staff stayed in the room with me and ran the visit. The optometrist showed me my eye pictures and reviewed my exam right through the camera. I had no reason to have a in person doctor. It all worked digitally like a well oiled machine! What made me even more happy was that I didn’t have to wait 6 months to get in for an appointment. I made it 1 week in advance. I am excited about getting my new, cute blue glasses."

"While I thought everyone was really nice I will say I was taken aback by the fact that I did not see the Doctor. The Actual Doctor was a telehealth appointment. The Dr was remote and was there via a Large Television. I feel like that is something I should have been made aware of prior to the appointment. The frame selection is really small compared to other places I have gone to. I could not find anything I liked."
