"I had a great experience at Youngstown Orthopaedic Urgent Care yesterday. I came in with a foot injury and was very well taken care of. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. I was able to get an x-ray right on site before seeing the PA. She examined me, explained what was going on with my injury, and fitted me with a boot. They also scheduled a follow up for me at YOA in two weeks. Overall, it was a seamless experience and I’m very happy with the treatment I received. Thank you!"

"Only given 1 star because I can’t give 0. Arrived at a quarter after 1, in extreme pain, and the woman at the front desk refused me service because they close at 2. That’s an entire 45 minutes before they close. They refused to treat someone in need because they wanted to close early. How utterly lazy and unprofessional. Maybe it’s a blessing in disguise if they’re THAT uncaring and lazy."
