"Just the rudest and most condescending people. It's just like DMV - since their "business" is not based on quality of service (basically, you NEED them, you have no choice), they can act however they want. I would advise you to go to ANY other location but here. Even if you have to drive an extra 10-15 minutes, it's worth it to not have your day ruined by these obnoxious, unpleasant creatures. Look at the star rating...obviously everyone feels this way."

"Friendly staff, but extremely shocked that 2 out of 3 staff members who I interacted with were NOT wearing masks during a PANDEMIC. In my opinion, if you are dealing with the public and expect them to wear a mask in your office, you should demonstrate the same level of respect by your own employees to protect your clientele. I wanted to leave the minute I entered the office, but I needed to get documentation for employment. Professionally and socially irresponsible during such a time. I recommend finding another vendor who demonstrates more responsibility."
