"Always double check your due date with the tech because they put in my wrong due date and had me thinking my baby was small and put me through tests and a lot of mental stress all to find out the due date was wrong and my baby is perfectly fine. They even wanted me to do an amniocentesis without double checking my records of the due date. Everything was fine and baby is fine but now I am left paying for bills for the testing I got done for no reason. The office manager and financial advisor was no help."

"Avery did such a horrible job with my ultrasound, she rushed through the entire thing, it literally was only 7 minutes for the whole ultrasound, she didn’t even try to get me good pictures, I only got 3 pictures and they’re horrible … not happy at all. I don’t recommend her to do anyone’s ultrasound.."

"Second visit with the Genetic Counselor Carolyn Slack and she is awesome. She navigated us through the entire process gave us the information we needed on the first visit, informed us about the CVS procedure and conducted a series of appointments and made sure to even combine the appointments so that we could wrap everything together. Second appointment everything sailed smoothly under her supervision. Dr. Givomsky, was a thorough professional and the entire team made sure I was very comfortable with the entire process. "The staff are all super friendly I’ve had appointments here twice a week sometimes three times a week for 19 weeks. Lynn, Natalie, and Lawry are AMAZING they have done all of my biophysical exams and have been super helpful and accommodating . I have no one to watch my son for my appointments so I’ve had to bring him with me to almost all of the appointments and they are truly so understanding with him. Katherine the ultrasound tech has been phenomenal as well. She has a great personality and very easy to get along with . The only reason i deducted a star was because of the security guard on the first floor."

"The ladies at the front desk are not very pleasant or professional. Their attitude stinks. You can get to your appointment early, or on time & they are always late !! One time i waited 45 min in the waiting room just to get seen(when coming in on time) Its very annoying. The ultrasound techs aren't very friendly.. but there are 2 special ones that go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed and have a great aura Dr. Carr & ill edit once i remember the other techs name :)"
