"Fast service. Nice clean environment. Staff is friendly."
"*since they had my first review taken down* Came here for genetic testing, lady was pretty nice, but i’ve had better experiences. I told her to try to take blood from my left arm first because my veins are small and they can never find them in my right arm, but she still tried to take blood from my right arm (wasn’t able to get anything) so she had to stick me again in my left arm, which she severely blew my vein.. I had to go on my family vacation with the biggest, ugliest bruise on my left arm for 2 weeks. (first picture was right after the appointment, 2nd picture is the following morning, and it continued to get bigger)"
"Went on 04/26/24 at 11 and there was only one person working! She was running everything by herself. There were 10 people waiting one woman was waiting 45 minutes after her scheduled appointment. Then a woman comes running in to help. Apparently there was a scheduling conflict as I could hear them talking about. I could hear the original girl complain that management wasn’t answering her phone calls. Management needs to get their act together! You can’t expect one person to run the place and not expect people to be upset. Do better. Also, because they were in such a rush to catch up my tech was very careless and kept wiggling around the needles leading to an ugly bruise that’s been quite painful. I’ve never had this happen with blood work in the past. Sloppy work because management couldn’t support their team."
"Took our new born to this place to have a very serious blood draw done, this is not the place to take any baby!!!! The lady stuck him like you would a grown adult and blew his vein and was okay with how she did. Also let us leave with only collecting a little bit and never said anything about the lab possibly not accepting this very crucial blood draw. When the pediatrician called them to verify that the sample was okay because I called them to make sure, i work in healthcare and I knew that sample didn’t seem right, she tells the Dr that the lab most likely wouldn’t take it…. Well I would recommend anyone who needs labs drawn on any child take them to kid stop at the children’s hospital where they know how to handle babies!!"
"Exciting to get blood work done! If you're lucky, you'll get pinched nerves like i always do! Candy after you get poked? No sir, not since the 80's! You'll find this wonderful, happy place filled with all kinds of things that go poking around! Don't forget to enjoy your journey up and down the winding staircase. Much better after your blood withdrawal because of invertigo! Stay healthy and remember to tell your happy phlebotomist THANKS!"
