"I have not been to this particular location but I purchased a pair of non prescription sunglasses out of state that broke within 2 weeks and after only 3 wears. The lens shot out while I was wearing them, hit the ground and broke. I contacted the Birmingham store, which is closest to me, and was told to email the manager to request a refund for the defective glasses. They emailed me back that they do not provide refunds. I reminded them that the glasses were defective, I was happy to return them to the store, and it is not legal to deny refunds for defective products. My email went unanswered. So, I followed up requesting a response and still no answer. I then contacted the corporate office letting them know that I was being ignored by the local manager and requested the refund. I never received a response to that either. I'm absolutely disgusted by the customer service. I probably would have shopped there again at some point, but no way I'm giving them my business now. I disputed the charge on my credit card instead. I would stay far far away!"

I've worked most closely with Bret and Sandy, and it's truly refreshing to work with such nice & helpful people. Bret is super sharp and Sandy is a DREAM to work with. They are both fashionable, professional, and make the entire experience fun and effortless. Ordering frames in for me to try on is no problem and they are always patient with my multiple trips back to make a decision. The entire staff is great at helping you pick the best frame for your face - they want to make sure you leave with something you love! Highly recommend."

It started with my initial call to inquire (referred by daughter/sister) Bret is absolutely a stellar eye care technician. with a tremendous amount of knowledge. They have some truly beautiful and unique glasses you definitely don’t see everyday!!! Everyone in the office was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I was with the same office for many years and they closed unexpectedly this year. I am so glad I took advantage of the referrals from my family. The SEE staff made the abrupt transition seamless, thank you all, see you next year!!!"

She is my pic for a doctor of the year! I have been coming here for 7 years and let me recommend this location. They have the best styles at very good prices!
