"If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited almost a month for an appointment as a new patient. My insurance was active but showing a second insurance. Because I stated I did not have that other insurance, the receptionist would not allow me to see the doctor. closed the glass and yelled OMG. I told her how rude that was and I would like my new patient paperwork back. She stated she would shred it. I said I will just take it with me. She told me I was frustrating her."

I have had two instances when I needed immediate podiatric care and all it took was a simple phone call and I was able to be seen that same day. What that all about? No one there to greet u, window covered. I knocked on the window & tried to open the door then someone opened the window. To me that was creepy. door"
