"I had my daughter's baby shower at this venue this past weekend. It was wonderful. The food was delicious. The non alcoholic mocktails they prepared were wonderful and the staff was very attentive and on top of everything. This is the second event I have had here. Top notch service both times. "We had our wedding reception in the Loft. When we did our initial visit we were pleased with our interactions with staff, several ways to get in contact with the appropriate people, the pricing for the venue was very reasonable, however the communication was poor. So if all you care about is good food and service from the wait staff, this would be 5 stars, otherwise it's 2 stars and the problems we encountered are listed below. We sent our deposit in and they lost the check for a good four weeks as the person who was in charge of it was on vacation for most of the month of March in 2022, this also happened in March of 2023, but it was in regards to questions I had for our May 6th wedding. I got no automatic out of office reply, but 3 weeks later I get a message saying sorry I was out of the office for the month of March. We had to reach out multiple times over a 3 week period for the contract (after we were told it would be sent within a couple of days after receiving the deposit), and it was very difficult to get pricing for the food. We were told that estimates could not be given as the prices change depending on the price of food. We understood the prices change, but it would have been nice to have been provided with prices so we could have at least a general idea of what we were looking at. Eight weeks before the wedding I had reached out to Valerie who I had been in contact previously via email, but did not get a response. By the time I had gotten a response, I had already been in contact with Brooke, the event coordinator. She was very nice, and apologetic. She was very prompt with responding to emails at first, but then it would take her 3 or 4 days to respond and she would only answer one of many questions, and then give us information that contradicted her previous response. We sat down with the event coordinator I gave them a printed out time itinerary and was given the okay to set up decorations the night before, from 8:30pm-9:30pm. I was told that all the tables we needed for the decorations would be set up, but when we arrived nothing was set up and they had opened up the loft to serve people food. Brooke was making excuses on why things weren't set up and was rude to my bridesmaids, myself, and my mother. She never offered me an apology. She went against the plan of having 8 chairs per table, and started putting 10 chairs per table after I had told her I had a seating chart for 8 people/table and had been assured there would be enough room for a dance floor with10 round tables. Despite the event coordinator being less than stellar and professional, the serving staff was so sweet and the food was pretty good and made sure everything ran smoothly for our reception."

"Our company hosted an event here and the venue was excellent. The venue catered and the food was very good and fresh. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to help. The venue is beautiful and has other options besides this room. They also have a brewery and restaurant. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a personal or business event."
