I never wait more than 10-15 minutes until I'm seen for my appointment. I'm really thankful for this place!"

"I have been going to the Warren office on Market Street for 4+ plus years now. I have had a wonderful experience. I did go through a couple counselors before I found a fit for me. I now see Cherri and she is absolutely amazing if it wasn't for her I don't know where I would be today. She has been my Saving Grace. I also see a psychiatrist her name is Nicole. She is also great she is patient. She is compassionate, it took several different medications to finally find what has worked for me. Please don't give up, ask for a different counselor ask for a different doctor it is your right. Not everybody is right for you you have to find your person. Even if you cannot find it at Valley counseling please continue to seek the help you need. My life has changed for the better and I'm actually starting to feel like myself again. It's a process, and even though I did the work I couldn't have done it without Cherri and Nicole...thank you both for doing what you do."

"My son was assigned to Mike through telehealth. The first 3 appointments went great, but then Mike started missing appointments. He was also supposed to email me documents and insists he did numerous times, but I never received them. After the 4th appointment he missed in a row, I called the office to see if my son could see someone different but I was denied that request because Mike put it on the calendar that WE were the ones missing the appointments, despite me having multiple text messages from him apologizing for forgetting the appointments and begging me to reschedule. When I brought this to the receptionist's attention, I was told it would be taken to the office manager and that she would call me back. I received a single email from her about it. I replied with screenshots of the text messages and never got a response. 3 months later (in January) I got a letter from them via USPS telling me I had 10 days to contact them or they'd be dropping my son as a patient due to "frequent no call/no shows." When I called the office about this, I was told the manager would call me back. She never did."

"Worst place you could go to for mental health. First time I went there I was sitting, waiting for an hour. Went up to the desk and come to find out the women downstairs never checked me in. They took no accountability at all and said next time I’m waiting that long I need to come up and say something. Got scheduled for my next appointment and was waiting to receive medical records from the psychiatrist I went to when I was younger. Was told I would be called when they got it, weeks passed and heard nothing. I call and then was told my psychiatrist was with a patient and she’d call me after. No call. I called them back a few hours later and was told that they had my medical records. I explained my frustration calmly about how I received no communication from them and still, no accountability on their part was taken. Was talked to like it was my fault and they did no wrong. Now I’m waiting to have gene testing done. Was told I’d be called by a nurse to set up the appointment and over a week has gone by and still nothing. Called today and was told she was “with a patient” and they’d get back to me. Highly doubtful. I’ll probably have to call again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who’s trying to heal…I just wanted to get started on something so then I can go somewhere better. Place is a train wreck."

"I got dropped as a patient because I needed my meds beyond 30 days. I missed an appointment. I got scheduled 2 weeks after I would run out of meds because my Dr was on vacation, so instead of prescribing the 2 weeks I needed I got dropped. I'm in such a horrible position because of this. Going off of my meds isn't an option that I can do with less than 30 days. If they had that policy they should have told me so I had time to seek help. I was a patient for 5 years. I missed 2 appointments in 5 years. I'm not sure if what they did is even legal butt I intend to find out."
