"I love Alexis Franks. She truly is wonderful. However, it is nearly impossible to get in touch with these people to schedule an appointment. They don’t call back until days later. I kept getting told I can’t schedule on the app through them too. It’s absolutely frustrating."

"Called and still haven't heard back from them. They aren't very good at returning calls and since new dr don't prescribe med. Don't see point in using this office since ur pcp has to do meds and they have to evaluate kid so why go through them too"

"Had an autism evaluation for my son with Sarah Laughlin in August. She said we would receive report within 2-3 weeks once I mailed her a copy of the DART evaluation that was done prior. I mailed the DART Eval that same day and left her a voicemail with tracking number to arrive in 2 days. After 3 weeks and no report received, I called to follow up and she said that she wasnt aware that the DART Eval had been received and she just started working on the report...it took another 4 weeks to actually get the report after multiple follow up calls and an in-person visit. Due to the 7 week lapse between the evaluation and the report being received, the prescribed services and therapies had expired (only valid up to 60 days from date of evaluation). Now I am waiting for medical assistance to approve and then will have to get my son re-evaluated before he can begin service. We have been waiting for his evaluation and diagnosis for nearly 6 months (due to the long waiting period to even get an appointment) and now because of Dr Laughlin's carelessness in reporting in a timely manner, intervention for my son has been even more delayed."
