"Let me start by saying Dr. Michael Derosa is great. Super guy and enjoyed his service and manner. Unfortunately, that is where the compliments will stop. His staff is unprofessional and lazy. A recent prescription request of mine was ignored for 6 days. Upon bringing to their attention, the lady become irate... At me. Turns out someone at the office didn't do their job. Instead of correcting the issue she told me it was the pharmacies fault for sending over a form that needed filled out. This exact same form had been sent over several times throughout the years with no problem. Again, somebody didn't want to do their job. I asked several times why the form was not filled out in a timely manner with no answer, just more blame thrown my and the pharmacies way. 2 hours later I retuned hoping to get the issue resolved. I was met by a lady in torn up jeans and a tee shirt. She said she would answer my questions. She never introduced herself or her title. After asking 2 times, she finally told me she was the office manager Chrystal, and the Dr. would not talk to me. I asked her again, why was the form not filled out and the refill sent in? No answer except "she would not argue with me At this point, she went to her office for a few minutes while I continued to wait. After a few minutes she came out of her office and said your prescription is "not that important" and named the medication out loud in front of other people waiting. Hippa violation?? Anyway, I asked her to have the Dr. call me which she refused and discharged me as a patient from the practice. I was a patient there for 10 years and never a problem. What the heck just happened? I'll be waiting for your phone call Dr. Derosa. Glenn Morris"

"Dr. Derosa is very kind and understanding with his patients, as well as highly intelligent about my throws issues. Every time I call the on-call service I get him personally, which is nice. Katy PA is super kind, would definitely see her again. Jill the NP was very knowledgeable in diabetes and how to help my parents with it. Dr Trust is very honest and open about my care and how to treat it, as well as understands the struggles with my diagnosis. I appreciate this office, especially that there not a major corporation that is pushy about what hospital I should go to for tests, or which lab I should get my labs from, and because of that I appreciate that I don’t feel like just another number as a patient!! Highly recommend!"

"The staff are extremely personable and easy to talk with. Dr. DeRosa is great at listening to what I have to say, & answers questions in a way that's easy to understand. Everyone speaks with patience and a familiar tone. Plus, for holidays, it seems the staff participates in dressing up (like for Halloween). The decor is pretty cool in the rooms, too! When you have to go to a speciality doctor, it's intimidating, but the entire atmosphere is top-notch."
