"Have tried contacting this place NUMEROUS times and left countless voicemails. I sent in a food allergy test and my Dr told me I did not put my billing address on the form and that they would call me to process that info. Never did I hear from them, and never did they get back to me."

"Absolute garbage company. We sent in a blood sample, they claimed something was missing from the shipment. Instead of simply calling me or the doctor they threw the sample away. My son SCREAMED from getting the blood sample done and now its worthless. NEVER again, stay away from this terrible company."

"Wow... did pre-travel COVID testing here. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and had my results not even 2 hours later. It is the good kind of test that all the airlines and customs want if you are traveling internationally. No hassle, they were super friendly. They don't come to your car anymore unless you are high risk but that's totally fine. It is right inside the door, easy and quick. Really appreciated how kind and efficient they were. Easiest thing about my travel day. Worth every penny for the peace of mind and speed."

"Been here multiple times for Covid testing to return to Canada. Typically the nurses have been okay but today the nurse was so rude and disrespectful. Will be finding another location for testing. She said that we were trying to give her Covid when she asked us to remove the mask for passport identification. The way that she handled patients (not just us but others around) was terrible. I do not recommend this lab for testing."

"I would avoid using USBiotek at all cost if you plan to get a COVD test for travel purposes. The company put the wrong time on the documentation they provided my wife. The airline could not accept the documentation because the incorrect time they placed on the document was outside the 72 hours of her departure time (the plane was on time). As a result, she had to go to the airport testing facility, where she stood in line for hours to get an additional $200 test there, missing her flight from Seattle to Vancouver. I do not generally make negative reviews, but in this case, I was extremely disappointed by the way the situation was handled by the company and specifically, the CEO. Having missed her flight and having no flights available for a few days – even with a business class upgrade being two days away - she fortunately was able to get a ride to the border with her brother where I picked her up on the other side. I contacted the company and asked if there could be some compensation for the mistake and at first was told that the best they could do was a refund of the initial $90 fee they charged. I requested that they pay the $200 fee that we had to pay at the airport, $100 to compensate her brother for basic expenses driving her to Canada and a refund of the $90 in good faith for their error. I did not ask for any additional compensation for the missed flight or for the inconvenience. I thought I was being extremely reasonable. All USBiotek ended up providing was an additional $90, leaving my wife, having gone through a very stressful day wondering if she could get back to Canada and out of pocket. The company apologized for what they called an “inconvenience” and stated that additional expenses associated with testing was not their responsibility taking only responsibility for the “direct cost” for the test. I am uncertain how a company could make a mistake this significant and then not pay the costs associated with that. While mistakes can happen, and this one was huge in its impact on my wife, it is how companies respond to those mistakes that show their level of integrity. In this case, I do not believe that the company showed any integrity and would advise getting your test elsewhere if you plan to travel."
