At MISSION BBQ, our mission goes beyond serving delicious food. We honor the brave men and women in uniform, veterans who have served with distinction, and our local police, firefighters, and first responders who make our community a better place to live. We respect these heroes deeply and strive to give back through various initiatives, including fundraisers and service projects. Since opening our doors in 2011, we've proudly donated over $25,000,000 to support vital charities.
Our team is a crucial part of our success, and Chyanna exemplifies the spirit of MISSION BBQ. Known for her dedication and support both inside and outside the restaurant, she is always ready to lend a hand, whether it's giving a teammate a ride or staying late during a busy shift. According to ADoO Ryan Morse, Chyanna is committed to helping her teammates grow personally and professionally.
We also draw inspiration from community figures like Sylvia Mudd, who began her law enforcement career 50 years ago when there were no women serving in her community. Her dedication to building relationships and serving others continues to this day, emphasizing that service means putting others' needs before your own and caring deeply for the community.

A special thanks to Stephanie, who made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, and the set-up was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond, taking care of everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing. We were served table side, while our guests enjoyed a buffet line, which worked out wonderfully. The staff also handled the clean-up and even packed our leftovers for us, making the end of the night stress-free. On top of all this, the pricing was very reasonable, providing excellent value for the high-quality service and food we received. "We had the team at Mission BBQ cater our twins’ graduation party and were extremely happy with not only the delicious food, but the exceptional service! Stephanie and her team (Paige, Kerrie, Brya, Chissy B., Stefanie) went above and beyond to make the twins’ celebration special. They took time to talk to the twins about their future plans, gave them each a signed card and wrote a short message of advice for them. ❤️ My guests were just as impressed as we were. The team kept the food warm and trays full, bussed tables, brought plates of food to some of the elderly guests, and made sure the trash was emptied. Do I recommend Mission BBQ catering from Niles? Absolutely!!!"
"Finger licking great! Awesome staff allowed us to sample before purchase. Very pleasant attitudes from service staff. They never rushed us to make a decision and were very informative in regards to the tastes, texture, ingredients and level os spiciness of the foods and sauces. I think I've found that perfect place for the home cooked comfort food feeling. The atmosphere is simply amazing. In my opinion you will not be disappointed."
"Our first time last night March 20,2024, we wanted to try something new rather than going next door. the food was wonderful I just love the smell as you walk in. Each and one of you were so nice to us. I just love how this place is about first responders and about the troops, my dad is a retired firefighter, and my half brother ( same mom) is a veteran ( 3 tours in Afghanistan and surrounding area) who served 7 years in the army as a infantry soldier. I love all the bbq sauces and even the mustard . The manager is awesome"
"Wow wow wow what a tremendous experience this was!! What an amazing addition to the Niles complex!! We went for lunch about a week after opening and the staff has to be some of the nicest people ever!!! Not to mention all the free samples we got during our visit! I love how it honors America and the people who have served! At noon each day everyone stands to sing the star spangled banner! The food was delicious and quick! We loved it here! Very highly recommend!"
